We offer a 10-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Mandatory Conditions for Returns and Replacements
To ensure a smooth return process and avoid disputes, we require customers to strictly follow these steps at the time of delivery:

✅ Open the Package in Front of the Delivery Agent (Open Delivery)
Check the contents immediately in the presence of the delivery person.

This helps verify any missing, damaged, or incorrect items on the spot.

✅ Record an Unboxing Video
Start recording before opening the package.

Continue recording until the item is fully unboxed and clearly visible.

The video must be unedited and must clearly show the shipping label on the package.

These two steps are mandatory for initiating a return or replacement request for:

Damaged products

Missing items

Incorrect products delivered

Without the unboxing video and proof of open delivery, return or replacement requests will not be accepted in such cases.

Return Eligibility
You can return a product if:

It is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

It is returned with all original packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories.

You initiate the return within 10 days of delivery.

You have a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).

Custom-made or personalized products

Final sale or clearance items

Items that show signs of use or physical damage not covered in the unboxing video

How to Initiate a Return

Include:

Your order number

Reason for return

Unboxing video and images (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
You need to send to us
After receiving materials , we’ll go for Refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit
